Edward G. Eisenlohr (American 1872-1961) Eisenlohr was born in Ohio and moved to Dallas Texas when he was two. He began to paint and exhibit after the age of 35 and had his first one-man show in Dallas in 1926. "His oils were boldly worked with broad brush strokes or with a palette knife". His work was represented in a MOMA exhibit in 1933. Other work appears in the Santa Fe Museum , Dallas Museum of Fine Art, Witte Museum in New Orleans and the Elisabet Ney Museum in Austin Texas.
